Great shoe for training. More so for HIIT or cross training. Gives excellent versatility for lifting, calisthenics, kicking, jumping. Though I would not recommend it for long runs, though good for sprint work. Also it has minimal arch support. I over pronante and do wear inserts. The look is different yet I like it.
